if you put speed 5 is very slow.. it won't looked nice..

Go to the top links of the page, click U.C.P, then go to preferences, then scroll down until you see "Attach my Signature" or something like that, make sure it is checked Yes.

No an admin has to deduct members points after a request is finished.
